You can request a return for unopened products delivered within the last 30 days. Products must be returned to Fullscript to receive your refund. Fullscript does not offer an exchange of products.

When you contact Fullscript to start your return, they’ll provide you with the return shipping address and a unique RMA number. Please write this RMA number on the outside of your return package before shipping it back to Fullscript.

Refunds are issued 5-10 business days after the products are received at the Fullscript warehouse and are applied to the original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless Fullscript or the courier is at fault.

Returns may be refused from customers suspected of abusing this policy.
